RESERVATIONS AND BOOKINGS

How can I make a reservation?
You can make an on-line booking or inquiry by simply clicking the booking or enquiry icon on any page. We will then immediately follow up with further details, answers to questions, as well as instructions regarding payment of the required deposit (including payment by credit card through our on-line secure link).

You can also contact us directly by phone, fax, text message.

Is breakfast included?
Yes, our rates include complementary full cooked breakfast in our restaurant, The Verandah

Are there any taxes or service charges added to your rooms rates or other charges?
12% VAT (Philippine Value Added Tax) is added to your accommodation charges. There is no additional service charge fee, but a tip is always welcome if you feel it is well deserved.

Must I book a minimum number of nights?
A 2 night minimum applies for standard weekend bookings and a minimum number of nights applies at peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year and Easter.

What is the maximum number of people I can book in your villa?
We recommend 2 adults per bedroom, but most rooms can accommodate an additional single bed or baby's cot. But we understand that different groups have different needs and we will work with you to find the best combination of accommodation to meet your needs. Additional charges apply to extra beds for adults and children over 3 years old.

DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS

Booking Deposit
A deposit of 30% of the total accommodation amount is required when making a direct booking with Out of the Blue or 50% at peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Easter, Chinese National Week or for group bookings.

Cancellations
For cancellations more than 21 days before the booking arrival date - no charge.
For cancellations than 1 - 21 days before the arrival date - 30% of the total booking amount will apply or 50% at peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Easter, Chinese National Week or for group bookings.
For cancellations on or after the arrival date, 100% of the total booking amount will apply.
Depending upon the reason for cancellation, the cancellation fee may be applied to an equivalent replacement booking.

Cancellations due to severe weather conditions, preventing travel to Puerto Galera are always treated specially with a cancellation credit of 100% of the deposit normally being provided.

Travel Insurance
We recommend all travelers consider purchasing separate travel insurance to fully protect themselves against illness, injury, weather or any other events that may prevent them travelling as planned.
