How can I make a booking or reservation?
You can make an on-line booking by simply clicking the BOOK icon on any page or by clicking the CHECK AVAILABILITY icon on our SPA SUITES and VILLAS pages. You may also contact us directly (Contact Us) regarding general inquiries or special reservations.
Which Credit Cards Do You Accept?
For payment of your accommodation, restaurant and consumables bill, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Card, JCB International, Union Pay and cash. There is no credit or debit card fee charged, unlike most other establishments in Puerto Galera.
For transport costs and other local excursion or entertainment costs, we accept cash only as these costs are then paid directly to the local vendors net of local taxes and fees.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, our rates include complimentary (free) full cooked breakfast (for registered guests) in our highly rated restaurant, The Verandah.
Are any taxes or service charges added to your rooms rates?
12% VAT (Philippine Value Added Tax) is normally added to our accommodation charges. However, there are no other service charges or fees, but a tip is always welcome, if you feel it is well deserved.

Are additional fees added if I pay by credit card?
No additional fees are added to our accommodation, restaurant or in-room consumables charges if you pay by credit/debit card, unlike most other establishments in Puerto Galera. However, payment for external services, such as transport to or from the resort, or other special services provided by outside vendors, may incur a credit card fee if included in your final Out of the Blue account settlement. We recommend bringing extra cash to avoid these additional fees,
When do Peak Rates apply?
Peak rates, usually 10% - 15% higher, apply at Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year and Easter.
What are Super Saver rates?
From time to time we, usually during less busy periods, we offer specially reduced rates, which we call Super Saver rates. But you need to be quick! For Loyal Blue members, the rate applicable will be the Super Saver rate or their Loyal Blue membership rate, whichever is lower.
Must I book a minimum number of nights?
A 2 or 3 minimum may apply at peak periods, such as Christmas and New Year, Chinese New Year, Easter and Chinese National Week.
Maximum number of people I can book into a Villa or Suite?
We recommend 2 adults per bedroom, but most rooms can accommodate an additional single bed or baby's cot. But we understand that different groups have different requirements and we will work with you to find the best bed set up to meet your needs. Additional charges apply for extra beds for adults and children over 3 years old.
Is smoking allowed?
Cigarette or vapor smoking is allowed, but only in designated outdoor smoking areas. No cigars please.
Indoor and in-room smoking is strictly prohibited and any damage caused, or special cleaning costs incurred, will be added to your check-out account.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in our rooms, nor in our restaurant.
Are there any other special rules?
We ask all guests to always respect the privacy and rights of other guests at all times, but especially in the late evening.
