Booking Deposit

A deposit of 30% of the total accommodation amount is required when making a direct booking with Out of the Blue or 50% at peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Easter, Chinese National Week or for group bookings.

Cancellations

For cancellations more than 21 days before the booking arrival date - no charge.

For cancellations than 1 - 21 days before the arrival date - 30% of the total booking amount will apply or 50% at peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Easter, Chinese National Week or for group bookings. For cancellations on or after the arrival date, 100% of the total booking amount will apply.

Depending upon the reason for cancellation, the cancellation fee may be applied to an equivalent replacement booking. Cancellations due to severe weather conditions, preventing travel to Puerto Galera are always treated specially with a cancellation credit of 100% of the deposit normally being provided.

Travel Insurance

We recommend all travelers consider purchasing separate travel insurance to fully protect themselves against illness, injury, weather or any other events that may prevent them travelling as planned.
